Frequently asked questions
Can't find what you're looking for? Send us a message and we'll get back to you.
Do I need any experience to start?+
No. Programming Foundations assumes zero background — it starts with what code is, how programs run and how to write your first lines.
How long do I have access?+
Access to the courses in your package does not expire. You can revisit lessons and exercises whenever you like — it's lifetime access.
Is this a subscription?+
No. Each package is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. You can upgrade later and only pay the difference in scope.
How much time should I set aside?+
Most members spend three to five hours a week. The material is self-paced, so you can go faster or slower.
What does a lesson look like?+
Each lesson is text-based, with interactive exercises and knowledge checks along the way so you practise as you learn.
Which topics do you cover?+
Programming fundamentals, web development, databases and SQL, Python, and professional software engineering practice. The four courses build on each other.
What software do I need?+
A modern web browser and a code editor. Our lessons walk through setup step by step, no prior tools required.
Can I upgrade my package later?+
Yes. Contact us from the account you registered with and we will move you to the higher tier.
Is my progress tracked?+
Yes. The member area shows completion percentage per course and keeps your knowledge check results.
How do I get support?+
Use the contact page. We answer course and account questions within one business day.
